With two decades of professional experience in large scale digital transformation, I specialise in leveraging Oracle technology to drive success for enterprise clients globally. My client portfolio spans across four continents and a diverse range of sectors, including finance, utilities, pharmaceuticals, retail, education, and government. I've worked on programs involving ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX, and have a demonstrated history of success managing both technical and functional delivery teams to achieve outstanding results.

I've advised clients and partners on strategic technology direction, helping them stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. I'm passionate about sharing success stories and insights, and have been invited to speak at technology events around the globe. My ultimate goal is to help clients realise the full potential of their digital initiatives and achieve sustainable growth.

As the head of financial operations at Magia, I bring a wealth of experience in global IT to our clients. In addition to my oversight role, I'm also a hands-on Oracle Policy Automation/Intelligent Advisor specialist who adds significant value to our clients' projects through my expertise in rules-based authoring, management, and mentoring. My ultimate goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by delivering solutions that are tailored to their specific needs.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, including 12 years directly involved in rules engine technology, I have extensive technical knowledge of back-end systems. As a master of several programming languages, including C, C++, Java, and C#, I have successfully integrated large-scale systems for many clients. I'm also highly experienced in Microsoft Azure, DevOps automation, and transitioning customers to the cloud.

With 27 years of experience in the IT industry, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that I bring to the table. From my early days as a C++ developer to my current role as a Technical Architect/CTO, I've had the opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions on a wide range of global projects.

As an expert in Oracle Intelligent Advisor, I specialise in integration and customisation. My accreditations and certifications, including a Computer Science degree, C++, C#, Java, OPA/IA certification, and Agile/Scrumtraining, have equipped me with the skills to tackle complex projects and deliver results. Some of those notable projects include successfully implementing Intelligent Advisor for the UK Education and Skills Funding Agency(ESFA), the University of South Australia (UniSA), NHS, Home Office, and the IRS.

I am the customer's 12th man, supporting their teams and encouraging their success.  I have worked with Oracle CX for over 20 years and I'm an Oracle Certified Professional within the Service Center, Intelligent Advisor, and Fusion Service product suites, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and OCI Artificial Intelligence, with additional experience in Sales, Marketing, and Knowledge Management. I've worked on a range of projects from a simple implementation to a global convergence project covering 14 locations across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

I enjoy looking at the data and delving into the fine details, numbers, and patterns, but I am equally comfortable talking to users and stakeholders, understanding their needs and wants, and helping deliver a customer-focused solution.
