Summarise an incident/case using AI.
Magnet AI is able to review all of the stored data, such as the back and forth with the customer and agent, and provide a summary that allows the agent to get a feel of the incident and previous conversations.
As you can see in the screenshot, it does a very good job of summarising. The agent can choose to add that as a private thread or to use it purely as a summary to get up to speed quickly on the incident.
